Surf League

About the Head Coach

Michael Allen graduated with his Master's degree in Philosophy from the California State University at Long Beach. He has been surfing non-stop since 1975. He surfed competitively with the Western Surfing Association early in his surfing career. He is the author of the book, Tao of Surfing: Finding Depth at Low Tide. He is also the surf photographer and web master for this surf team.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE NEW PARENT/STUDENT FORM.

    1. Click Parent/Student Form to download the Parent/Student form. The Form is now a PDF.
    2. Save the form to your Desktop.
    3. Double-click the PDF form. It should open automatically in Adobe Acrobat.
    4. With the form open, follow the instructions to fill out all pages. You will type in the highlighted fields in the form. (Do not print this form.)
    5. Once you have completed filling out the form by typing in all necessary information and checking all of the approptiate boxes, click Save to save your file.
    6. Email the form back to your Surf Coach by attaching the file to the email. Once this form has been received by your coach, and the $125 fee has been paid, your child will officially be in the surf club/team.
